Kettering Family events are hosted by the PTA and rely on volunteers to happen. These can include Movie Nights on the lawn, Trunk or Treat, Kite Day, STEAM night, Dance Night, etc. 

Fit Fest is Kettering's largest fundraiser. We ask that all families help with fundraising efforts, we solicit family, friends, and local businesses to meet our fundraising goals. 

We conclude the fundraising efforts with a fun field day for the kids. Our Fit Fest event is unique to Kettering, where we bring in multiple stations for kids to try all types of sports and activities to inspire an active lifestyle.

The Silent Action is an adidtional fun fundraiser for the community to participate in. 

Give me something good to eat! Kettering's Halloween trick or treat event held in the staff parking lot. This event is powered by our creative Kettering Families who deck out their car trunks in wacky, spooky, or creepy themes and hand out candy to the kids.

Dance the night away with your  family and friends on campus.

Grown-ups are invited by their student's teacher to come speak about their career/ career path

Spirit Days are fun days to show your school spirit. They are optional but participation is encouraged. 

We open the school on a Saturday for volunteers to help with service projects around campus. This can include campus clean up, garden maintenance, general up keep, etc. 

Kettering families are invited to come learn about the different cultures that make up our school community. We ask any families with strong ties to their culture to volunteer to set up a booth at this event. 

Come fly a Kite! 

Kettering's playground will be open to fly a kite and hang with your school friends. We have kites and sweet treats for sale.

Hosted by the 5th graders, all Kettering KIDS are invited to audition and perform in this fun event. 

A week to dedicate time to learn how to incorporate healthy activities and mindsets into your life. 

Kettering's PTA holds fundraisers to support the programs they provide. These include monthly Dine Outs, Family Photo opportunities, candy sales, sporting event ticket sales, etc. 

Kettering's end of the year bash. A fun filled day with traditional carnival games, fun activities, fair food, and entertainment for all ages. We open this event to all who would like to join in on the fun! 

The Reflections program provides opportunities for recognition and access to the arts which boost student confidence and success in the arts and in life.

Run by volunteers. Our book fair is a fun way to update your child’s home library and give back to the school. Kettering receives scholastic dollars for every purchase made.  

Grown-ups come have donuts with your Kettering KIDS!
