Information found here is subject to change and will be updated from time to time.
What is Measure E?
In 2016, LBUSD approved Measure E as a path to perform long overdue school repairs to address safety issues, outdated technology and make air conditioning standard at all campuses.
A more detailed summary can be found on the LBUSD website.
How is Kettering impacted?
As a host school, Kettering will be sharing its campus with students from other nearby schools for several years. Once remodeling of the existing Kettering buildings is complete, Kettering students will return to the renovated rooms. Thereafter, campus sharing will commence with approximately 100 students from Mann Elementary in Fall 2018 and other schools to follow each school year. Block schedules are expected to be adjusted for the hosted school to minimize the impact to Kettering school activities. There will be some necessary sharing of facilities.
